A growing system engineered for repeatable weeks

Every crop follows the same documented cycle, from seed tray to delivery crate, so this week looks like last week.

cycle

Six stages, every week

  1. Seeding

Seeds go into sterile growing media in trays, on a fixed weekly calendar.

  2. Nursery

Seedlings root under shade until they are strong enough to transplant.

  3. Grow-out

Transplants move to NFT channels or deep-water rafts with recirculating nutrient solution.

  4. Monitoring

Nutrient strength, pH and water temperature are checked and logged daily.

  5. Harvest and grading

Plants are cut early in the day and sorted into Retail Select or Kitchen Grade.

  6. Pack and dispatch

Packed in a shaded area and loaded for delivery the same day.

systems

Two systems, matched to the crop

NFT channels run a thin film of nutrient water past the roots. They suit fast lettuce and herb cycles and make harvest efficient.

Deep-water rafts float plants on a nutrient pool. The water mass buffers heat on hot afternoons, which keeps growth steady in the tropics.

resource_use

Efficient by design

Recirculated water

Nutrient solution is reused rather than drained into the ground.

No soil, less washing

Plants grow off the ground, so produce arrives cleaner.

Data on every batch

Daily logs let us trace a crate back to its planting week.
